January 14, 2019 by James Lindquist
What an amazing weekend. I just returned home from a three-day Christian conference in Albany, Oregon hosted by Steve Shultz and the Elijah List. I walked out of the place six inches off the ground. Fantastic music and great messages straight from the throne room. I also met quite a few great brothers and sisters. I drove six hours to get to the meeting but two couples from the Canadian mainland had me beat by a ton. That’s hungry for God readers. In these days, that’s what it’s going to take, a hunger for God.
This year’s conference title was “What is happening in 2019?” That sounded specific to me and when I saw the list of speakers, I couldn’t wait for it to start. The Holy Spirit always shows up at these yearly meetings. When the likes of Dutch Sheets, Katie Souza, Johnny Enlow, Elizabeth Enlow, Lance Wallnau, and Steve Swanson and his band all show up, something is afoot, as Sherlock would say.
Early Thursday morning I felt God’s presence as I lay there half-awake reminiscing about the last two days of messages. Those messages grabbed my mind and wouldn’t let go. I asked the Lord, “What do you want me to see?” I sense something in these messages. I heard the words unity and concentric that morning. I also heard the word urgency. All the messages seemed to have an urgency.
Elizabeth caught the theme as well as the Lord gave her the word congruent when she spoke in the Thursday session. I left the building overwhelmed with information, revelation, and statistics (and with many purchased tapes and books. I can’t wait to get into them.).
It is information that we all are to share. However, there’s no way I can remember all the information that they impressed on my mind. They say that the average person will only remember 10% of what they hear. (I don’t know if that statistic accounted for a worn out 75-year-old brain though. LOL)
Other than unity, concentric, and urgency, there were a few other themes that ran through all the meetings, one of which was revival. According to the prophets, Dutch, Johnny, and Lance, America is in trouble and there is only one group of people that can save her – Christians. But first we must all awake from our sleep and start emulating the full character of Christ. (Underline full.)
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. [2 Chronicles 7:145 KJV]
There is a time to be passive, but there is a time for boldness and action . Christ is love and there is no doubt that He exemplifies the term. But we soon forget that Christ got in the face of the pharisees, when He said, “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people’s faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.” That doesn’t sound like a very loving and compassionate statement. Jesus was upset.
In Matthew 21:12, Christ also turned over a few money-changers tables. Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. Again, not very loving. Do you think Jesus may have been a little angry over what they were doing with His house of prayer? Christ is love, but He was a warrior of sorts as well and got into a few faces. We are at a juncture where as Christians, we need to get into a few faces, in love though.
There are seven strongholds of the enemy, and we need to occupy those entities, not just pray about God taking care of things. God wants to partner with us. We need to do more than just playing church. We can either occupy and confront (not with fists, guns, or knives), or we can continue kneeling in our front rooms while the enemy rolls right over the top of us . (Welcome to revelation 13) It is our choice. I will revisit the conference through the tapes and relay the info to you. I should get them in three to four weeks.
In the meantime, here are a few tid-bits. The prophets say that 2019 is a year of acceleration. (Things are speeding up. We are in the infancy of revival.) However, 2019 is also a year of contention and change. Faith and Christians are accelerating but so is the enemy, and thus, the contention, which brings about change. I will be telling you more in about a month. In the meantime, continue praying, fasting, and bringing as many to the truth, faith, and saving knowledge of Jesus Christ as you can. It’s a time for the winning of souls and the largest revival in the history of the world. It is up to us brothers and sisters working in partnership with God, to save America, and the world. So, awake you sleepers. It’s time to get up.
God bless you my readers. May the Lord bless you and keep you and make His face shine upon you.
 Ecclesiastes 3
DO NOT get me wrong, there is NOTHING wrong with prayer or fasting, we are commanded to do so. Its just time to emulate the full character of Christ and get bold and occupy the enemy’s territory with letters, running for office or elect those who have the truth with them. By rallies, house meetings, and etc. More on this in about a month when I get the tapes.
